First Timers Only is a resource page for people new to open source. It recommends tools such as First contributions, up-for-grabs.net, goodfirstissue.dev and CodeTriage, and links to contribution guides. It states that friendly open source projects should reserve specific issues for newcomers and encourages projects to publish a Code of Conduct.
