The CD3WD Project is a non-profit initiative founded in 2003 that provides free access to a repository of over 900 technical documents focused on sustainable development topics. It originally distributed content on CDs, later expanding to DVDs, USB flash drives, and a comprehensive online archive to support development efforts in developing countries.
