The site offers filtering by category, content type and tags across topics such as biology, earth system science and computing. Listed content types include publications, datasets, people, projects, data sources, institutions and software.
PAINT is a database making operational data of concentrating solar power plants available under FAIR data principles: findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. Its current data covers calibration images, deflectometry measurements, kinematics settings, and weather information from the solar tower plant in Jülich, Germany. Metadata follows the STAC standard, and software for data processing is publicly available in the project's source code repository.
Pathway Commons collects and disseminates biological pathway and interaction data from partner databases, represented in the BioPAX standard. It provides search, visualization and web services, downloadable files in BioPAX, SIF and GMT formats, and tools such as PCViz, CyPath2, PaxToolsR and ChiBE. All data and software are free and open-source.
The Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level (PSMSL) is the global data bank for long term sea level change information from tide gauges and bottom pressure recorders. It offers access to sea level data, derived products such as trends and anomalies, and training and software documentation. It is based at and supported by the UK's National Oceanography Centre.
The page provides physical mapping data downloads from Canada's Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre, including an FPC database of BAC fingerprint data for species such as Atlantic Salmon, mouse, rat and bovine. It lists FPC and plain text files, and the FPC software is available from the University of Arizona.
PhysioBank is an archive of annotated, digitized physiologic signals and time series, organized into more than 50 databases with over 36,000 recordings. The recordings are freely available from PhysioNet. A browser-based PhysioBank ATM allows viewing records and annotations or obtaining limited samples in text format. PhysioToolkit software can read data directly from the PhysioNet server without downloading files first.
Dataset repository covering computer, systems and electrical engineering, with searchable software.
Research data portal for exploring engineering records, including software.
RES³T is a digitized thermodynamic sorption database implemented as a relational database. It is mineral-specific, allowing use with additive models of more complex solid phases such as rocks or soils. An integrated user interface lets users access selected mineral and sorption data, extract internally consistent data sets for sorption modeling, and export them in formats for other modeling software.
RODARE is the Rossendorf Data Repository, a publication repository for research data and software from HZDR. Its listings include datasets and code associated with manuscripts, such as experimental AFM data, simulation codes and DFT data, uploaded with version numbers and open access.
RWTH Publications Research Data is a research data collection hosted by RWTH Aachen University's publication platform. It contains 774 dataset records and 112 software records, offers interfaces in German and English, and supports functions including searching, publishing entries, and personalized management of research data submissions. The platform is operated by RWTH Aachen University Library.
ScienceRepository was an experimental service from a 2020-2023 collaboration involving DTU, CERN and the Danish National Archives. It used the software and architecture behind Zenodo to let large datasets stored on ScienceData be frozen, conserved and published. Access was free for individuals affiliated with Danish research and educational institutions, and sign-up required an ORCID identifier. The service is now defunct.
