aiimagegenerator.org is a free online AI image generator. It creates AI art from text or image prompts using AI models such as Flux. An optional sketch can be provided as an initial image to guide generation.
Vadim Epstein’s Aphantasia library
Aphantasia is a collection of text-to-image tools built on the CLIP model and the Lucent library, with FFT/DWT/RGB parameterizers for no-GAN generation. It grew out of the artwork of the same name and offers text-to-image and text-to-video generation.

Imagen is a text-to-image diffusion model from Google Research's Brain Team that creates photorealistic images from input text. It builds on large transformer language models for text understanding and cascaded diffusion models for image generation. The project also introduced DrawBench, a benchmark for comparing text-to-image models.

A page by pharmapsychotic collecting tools and resources for AI art, organized into sections such as text to image, upscaling, StyleGAN, text video, prompt engineering and music. It links to shared Google Colab notebooks for text-to-image work with pre-trained GAN and diffusion models, and notes Stable Diffusion WebUI for running SD locally.

A blog post by Justin Pinkney explaining how to toonify yourself, making a photo-realistic cartoon model using StyleGAN model blending. It describes transfer learning by fine-tuning a faces model on animated film characters, then swapping layers so low resolution layers give a cartoon face structure while high resolution layers keep photo-realistic rendering.

IOPaint is a free, open-source and fully self-hostable image inpainting and outpainting tool powered by AI models. It can erase unwanted objects, add or replace elements in images, generate text, and generate new pixels around images to enlarge them, with various models available for different tasks.
