Useful Forks is a web-based tool that helps users find useful forks of GitHub projects. It uses the GitHub API to retrieve repository metadata. Users can provide a personal GitHub Access Token stored in local browser storage to increase the API rate limit by nearly 5000 calls per hour. The tool allows configuration of the relative repository for commit diff calculations, with the default set to parent, and supports exporting scan results as CSV files.
