Hover.css is a collection of CSS3 powered hover effects to be applied to links, buttons, logos, SVG, featured images and so on. Effects are available in CSS, Sass, and LESS, and many use CSS3 transitions, transforms and animations. Old browsers that don't support these features may need extra attention for a fallback hover effect.
Timber
Timber is a tool for building WordPress themes, using the Twig template engine to separate HTML display from PHP logic. Theme logic is handled in PHP files while Twig files handle presentation. It supports re-usable markup that can be nested and extended, and can be adopted incrementally alongside existing themes.
