Netabc.tcl is a Tcl/Tk user interface for creating web pages that display abc music notation files using Jef Moine's Abc2svg JavaScript library. It renders tunes in common music notation in the browser and plays them, and the generated html file is stored on the user's computer. The program requires tcl/tk 8.5 or 8.6, though Windows users can run netabc.exe.
Lyricsify is described as a collection of song lyrics, with all lyrics available in LRC format. The site offers browsing of artists alphabetically and lists of top songs, top artists and hot songs. Users can enter an artist name or song title to find lyrics.
Soundslice is a web-based tool for creating and using interactive sheet music. It syncs notation with real recordings such as YouTube or MP3 audio. The player allows clicking notes to jump to moments in a video, looping sections, slowing playback and transposing. A notation and tab editor is free for basic usage. It also offers a sheet music scanner and works in a browser on any device.
Two simple programs for children learning music notation. One is a TETRIS-like game with random notes scrolling on the screen; the other is an animated orc controlled by a piano. A MIDI device must be connected via a MIDI-to-USB cable.
X-Minus hosts a collection of karaoke and backing tracks. The site allows users to change the pitch of any track and create playlists. It also offers an online app that can remove vocals from a song, and a service to change pitch or tempo. The site lists uploads and top uploaders.
LRCLIB is an audio or music resource for streaming, discovery, editing, production, or library management.
