Python package for finding Reddit accounts and related user information from usernames.
A page from Aware Online Academy presenting custom OSINT search tools for investigating Reddit. It describes searching by author, post, title, subreddits, flairs, URLs and NSFW items, and states that no Reddit account is needed to use the tools.
Sink It is a free browser extension that modifies the web versions of Reddit, YouTube, Twitter/X and Google search. For Reddit it adds comment navigation, adaptive dark mode and double-click upvoting, and removes app banners, buttons and ads. The YouTube and Twitter/X extensions are described as coming soon to the App Store.
Reddit Stream provides a live-updating view of Reddit comment threads. Replacing reddit.com with reddit-stream.com on any thread shows the newest comments, and a bookmarklet can be dragged to the toolbar for use while viewing a reddit thread.
Reddit Archive is a site for browsing banned subreddits and user profiles using the Pushshift API. Its search forms support special characters, comma-separated subreddits, exclusion with !, and score or comment comparisons. By default it returns 100 posts, the maximum. Sorting by score is often unreliable because Pushshift does not store scores for many items.
A site presenting statistics for every subreddit, including subreddit ranking lists and per-subreddit stats such as graphs. It also links to network visualisations of subreddit relationships and keyword frequency tracking. The operator cautions that the data collector is not robust and the numbers should only be used as a general guide.
A tool for exploring subreddit similarity. Users enter a single subreddit to calculate the most related subreddits, or add and subtract multiple subreddits to find subreddits most related to their combination.
