40 Acres is a lending platform for yield-bearing assets. It offers self-repaying loans in which weekly rewards automatically repay the loan, with 0% interest, against veNFTs today. The project states it is live on Base, Optimism and Avalanche, with RWAs, tokenized funds and LP positions described as coming soon.

It lets users lock in a borrowing rate until maturity, enter leveraged positions at a fixed rate in one transaction, and access curator-managed yield strategies. The project lists planned features including composable yield, atomic orders and smart unwind.
GMX is a decentralized perpetual exchange for onchain trading of more than 100 markets, including crypto, gold, silver, energy and US equities, with up to 100x leverage. It operates on Arbitrum, Avalanche, MegaETH and Solana, with deposits from Ethereum, Base and BNB Chain, and offers liquidity provision through GM and GLV pools.
