Regional and language resources collect sites that serve readers in a particular country or language, from regional portals to study material. Listings include language learning aids, comics and manga readers, and extensions that adapt a site for another locale. When you compare them, check which language pair each one actually supports, whether the interface is translated or only the content, and how recently the project was updated. Community-run pages often change without notice, and a few link to third-party material whose access depends on the site that published it. Region matters too, since a portal that works well for one country can be thin on another.
